**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences** This restaurant presents a contrasting dining experience, with some patrons praising the delightful Indian and Pakistani cuisine, particularly the Goat Karahi and Kabob Platter, while others lament significant price hikes and food quality issues. Complaints about undercooked meat, excessive oil, and unsatisfactory customer service marred the experience for many. Despite the appealing desserts and promising atmosphere, the inconsistency in service and food preparations raises concerns. While some diners recommend making the trip for specific dishes, the overall impression leaves much to be desired, suggesting that more attention needs to be paid to both quality and customer satisfaction.

I absolutely love their samosas and chaat! While many places only offer vegetable samosas, they also have chicken ones that are fresh and perfectly seasoned. They have a great selection of sweets, including mithai and halwa, all beautifully packaged for special occasions. View all feedback.
What Hira Qureshi dislikes about Zaiqa Kabob Sweets:
We visited this restaurant and ordered some food, hoping to take home the leftovers. We requested takeout boxes with lids because the karahi and butter chicken were swimming in oil. However, the receptionist informed us that they couldn't provide boxes with lids and instead gave us foam containers. Unfortunately, all the gravy and oil spilled in our car trunk. This experience clearly reflects poor customer service. View all feedback.

I had the worst dining experience of my life. The chicken was undercooked and lacked flavor, and the paratha tasted like it was two days old. The owner and staff were very unprofessional. I strongly advise against going to this restaurant; it’s a waste of money.
It's been 3 times in a row that i. Call them for the pick up order and in the given time the food was not ready. The cashier kept on lying by saying 2 more minutes. Upon asking he admitted he didn't started making the food till i showed up . Furthermore i asked for the refund which he couldn't do it. Asked for the manager/owner, he didn't have the guts to come and face. Even before this asked for 5 breads they gave 4. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND OWNER. If you can't take a risk of 3-5 dollars food please shut this business rather than wasting someone's time.
I don’t understand the low review number. I’ve been coming here for 4 years. The food is absolutely delicious and outstanding. The folks that work here are so nice. The chicken karahi is the best in the DMV area Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
