This tea house offers so many delicious loose leaf tea blends. From classic chai to hebral berries and cream. They offer dairy free milk and have a number of sweeteners like agave stevia. All teas are blended in house and are 100% vegan! They even offer a few CBD teas. The masala chai and jasmine green tea are my absolute favorites! I’d like to start by introducing myself. I am a Marine Corps veteran who has embraced a more peaceful, loving lifestyle. I’ve traveled extensively and, believe it or not, I’ve tried over 500 different teas. If you’re a tea enthusiast, you know that's not too difficult to achieve! That being said, I stepped into this wonderful tea shop seeking tranquility, despite having very little money to spend. I expressed this to the shop owner, who kindly replied, "That's not what it's about. Take a look around and enjoy the aroma of the teas." I began my journey through a delightful array of tea scents, and eventually, I felt compelled to buy something. I opted for a cold tea, though I can't recall the exact name. The owner asked if I liked spearmint, and after I enthusiastically agreed, the aroma wafting from the tea left me hopeful. I was not mistaken—it was AMAZING! My taste buds were blissfully dancing in what felt like a sea of love in a cup. I encourage all tea lovers, and even those who aren’t, to visit and support this incredible place. To top it off, the owner is also a veteran who now champions the cause of love. Feel blessed!
I absolutely adore Whimsy Tea! Gordon and the entire team are amazing! I've tried numerous exceptional teas, and on many occasions, Gordon has helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I also love the atmosphere and their support for local artists. Whether you're looking to enjoy an iced tea while shopping downtown or want to take home a bag of loose tea to brew yourself, Whimsy has everything you need!
I absolutely love the amazing teas from Whimsy Tea Company. The service provided by Gordon Davis and his family is outstanding. Gordon is my son, and I couldn't be prouder of him and his family!
Whimsy Tea Company was an excellent host for Project Animal Freedom Springfield's February meet up! They support local artists and offer a wide variety of custom blends. Their business is fully vegan with the exception of honey and the staff are great. Check them out!
