This Subway location offers a mixed experience, with commendable service and fresh food but disappoints customers by not accepting coupons. While many appreciate the staff's friendliness and efficiency, the inability to redeem vouchers has led some to seek alternatives. The inviting ambiance, complemented by pleasant music, adds a welcoming touch. Overall, diners can enjoy a satisfying meal here, but be prepared for potential frustrations regarding coupon usage.
The restaurant I visited doesn’t accept coupons, so I chose to head over to the Subway in West Springfield, which does accept them.
The staff at this Subway are amazing, but unfortunately, they don't accept coupons. Because of this, I won't be coming back to this location and will instead go to the Huntsman Subway. I recommend you do the same, as it's not too far of a drive. I really hope they consider increasing their employees' pay because of the no-coupon policy.

They didn't accept the coupons, but the sandwiches were delicious and the staff was very friendly.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant, especially since I discovered they don’t accept any coupons. I find it strange—given that it’s a Subway franchise, I think they should honor any valid coupons. That’s just my perspective.
