Was Anonym at Rally's a mag?
Was the only person in line, it was really fast the workers stopped what they were doing and made my food really fast and it was really good. Would always go back for more. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Rally's:
Chilli cheeses and a chilli dog. Chilli cheese fries came without a container, so it literally only sat at the bottom of the bag and the chilli fell apart before I could even pick it up! whole thing was just a mess and it looked like it was just thrown into the bags! View all feedback.
I moved into the drive thru and was told that I couldn't order food because it didn't work enough people.
I'm not sure who the man was working at the window, but he definitely deserves a raise. He provided excellent customer service and got my food to me quickly.
This restaurant is not very friendly. I had to order through a machine in the drive-thru and when I asked about my order, I received a snippy response. My sandwich was completely covered in ketchup and it was dripping everywhere. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Just giving my honest feedback.
