The food itself was subpar; the wraps were old, poorly wrapped, and only had lettuce—plus they forgot to add mayo and cheese, despite me paying extra for the cheese. I sometimes crave Hardee's burgers because they're charbroiled and less greasy than McDonald's, but after these two terrible experiences, I will be avoiding this place.

Thankfully, there are plenty of other places to choose from, and I will not be returning.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. The fries were hot and fresh. Parking is ample with a large lot that's not crowded.
The employees are the best thy always have a smile and ready to wait on you . Sometimes I feel like they are family . You feel good when you leave. Store 15091845 in Springfield tenn 37172. There are 3 employees I deal with Kim, Darlene and Travis make my stop complete if I had a bad day at work they lighten the load . They are the BEST . You need to recognize them for a job well done.Parking: Easy to park and entrance and exit are good .Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with my sister on a Walker .
