I used to not like the coffee but since I 've started going recently It 's been top notch. Scott, one of the baristas, does such a killer job slinging spro and I 've yet to have a below average drink. I haven 't even had an average drink! It 's always one sip and 'Damn this is good. ' I wouldn 't have recommended Eurasia a year ago but I absolutely have it in my top recommendations now! View all feedback.
This laid-back café is perfectly situated for guests of the Culture Boutique Hotel. With the suites located above, it's easy to head downstairs for a tasty meal or to pick up a snack to enjoy in your room. The café is also a popular choice for a quick coffee or hot tea. They serve a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with drinks and baked goods. The food is not only healthy but incredibly delicious. I had a satisfying dinner there both nights of my hotel stay and also took some chia pudding back to my room for breakfast the next morning. Feel free to bring your laptop, your appetite, and meet up with friends here!

This is definitely my favorite coffee shop in Springfield! It's an ideal study spot for college students, featuring relaxing, mellow music and numerous cozy corners perfect for getting work done. The staff is welcoming, and I haven't found better coffee anywhere else. Highly recommended!
One of the best coffee companies is Eurasia, the drinks are perfectly made to order, and the staff are super friendly and personable. The smoked chili is amazing! P.S. Scott, knows how to make the best Americano!
Always excellent coffee and custom beverages, served by a friendly staff. Their meal selections are unique and delicious (gotta try the quiche! for breakfast or lunch.
