Unfortunately yet another DD where the staff gets rude when you correct them on your order. You want better service, go somewhere else.
I cannot say enough bad things about this establishment. During the day, the service is fine and actually very good. The daytime shift knows what they?re doing. The nighttime guy, on the other hand, is one of the most difficult people I have ever dealtwith. He is so rude and has a different excuse for why he can?t serve you every single time. Today it was that he hadn?t madethe iced tea or coffee, other times it?s because he says the system is updating. I ended up leaving because he argued with meabout the iced tea when I asked if I could just wait for him to make it. He is the most dramatic, whiny, rude person and I don?tknow why he still has a job. Waste of time, waste of gas, waste of money. I hope he gets fired.
Food was excellent, they had all variety of donut. Ice tea was not sweet at all.
They have raised their prices! I understand that inflation is affecting everything, but this specific location had a car crash and had to close for renovations. As a result, they lost a lot of revenue, which is why they increased their prices to compensate. Unfortunately, we're the ones paying for it. I order the same thing every morning, and what used to cost $7 is now $10 for the same product and service. I used to visit this location frequently, but now I'm going to other nearby Dunkin' locations that have kept their prices the same. I know times are tough, but Dunkin' is a billion-dollar franchise. They likely received insurance payouts, so it's disappointing to see them raising prices on customers.
I've visited this Dunkin' multiple times since it's conveniently located near my job and is supposed to be open 24 hours. However, each time I go, there's an employee named Chris who either says the POS system is down or claims they're closed, despite the website stating they are open. It makes no sense to have him there when the store isn't actually operating during those hours. It would be better to close the store overnight rather than have someone there doing nothing, especially since he even has a sign posted at the speaker. When I inquired about my mobile order, he told me he didn’t understand why the website indicated they were open when they close at 10 every night, and then he proceeded to refund my money. Overall, it was a waste of time.
