What Havana1974 dislikes about Culver's:
Took my wife and daughter as well as 3 grandchildren on a trip to the mall. 6 year old grandson was good so we decided on Culver's for some ice cream(custard). Ordered 4 small sundaes mealy $15. Told the counter person they were to go, she gave us a number and I once again said they were to go. 15 minutes of standing there and not seeing our order being filled but 5 other orders of ice cream that were taken after our... Food was good, employees were friendly, restaurant was very clean and the overall experience was pleasant.
We always enjoy Culver's. The dish of the day had alot of M and M's and chocolate in it-and smothered with caramel! Wonderful....
We hesitated to go in because of the crowd at the counter. While debating the issue, the crowd disappeared- the service was fast and efficient. The food hit the spot and a small dish of chocolate frozen custard was a great topper.
Employees were great. Downside is that Hardees mushroom swiss burgers are a million times better. Step up your game Culver's.
