Always a good place to eat, the North Dirksen Parkway Arby's is probably one of the better Arby's in the area, Usually quick service, staff is friendly and restaurant is Clean, If you go after 8 PM you may have to wait for them to make the sandwich of your choice. View all feedback.
What Heaven Champlin dislikes about Arby's:
litchfield arby’s is the only arby’s I have ever gone to this, not putting red sauce on her bark cheddar. I thought restaurant chains would have to stick to the consistency of the product? View all feedback.
The staff at this restaurant is amazing and very customer-friendly. I highly recommend this location to anyone.
The employee named Erayaena at the restaurant was incredibly rude and mistreated customers. He would argue with them without cause, and the manager did not intervene or speak up to support the customers. This kind of behavior led to very poor customer service.
