Was David Marshall at Arby's a mag?
I ordered from the drive-thru, so I can't comment on the interior of the restaurant. However, I was impressed by how quickly they prepared my order—I only waited about three minutes. The attendant at the window was somewhat difficult to understand due to mumbling, but the food was fantastic! I had a bacon chicken ranch sandwich wrapped up, and it was both tasty and satisfying! I ordered the wagyu burger and was quite disappointed. The sauce was excessively sweet, and when combined with the sweet pickle, it became overwhelming. It was messy and nearly impossible to eat, with about an inch of watery sauce spilling everywhere. View all feedback.
The manager at this Arby's really knows how to handle things! I received a wrap instead of the sandwich I ordered. When I called to inform them, she kindly asked if I could come back to pick up the correct item. When I arrived, they truly went above and beyond to make things right! The staff was also incredibly friendly!
The manager did an amazing job helping us ! Food was good my family left with smiles on our face and full belly's.
Staff was weird tonight. I did a mobile order, went thru the drive thru. They said my order was not made yet and I had to come inside to pick it up. What if I ordered it at the drive thru, would my order be ready when I ordered it, or would they have to make it? Made absolutely no sense. Others were acting weird when I went inside to pick up my order. So bizarre.
