What GT R dislikes about Casey's:
It's been a year since I gave this place one star, and it's still the rudest gas station in town. They really need to close it for good, not just overnight. Every visit I have is a negative experience. It seems like the corporate office doesn’t care about how employees treat customers. The staff here are always polite and fantastic. However, I can only give 2 stars because there are 9 gas pumps out of order, and I couldn't fill up without waiting. Unfortunately, this caused me to take my business elsewhere.
The food took a bit longer than expected, but it was absolutely worth the wait! We requested a dinosaur drawing on the box, and they delivered. It really made our evening—definitely a 12 out of 10 experience! They even surprised us with gummies!
Ordered a pizza got it like this. Called talked to the manager on duty and she said she would remake it and bring it herself which she did. Second picture is the second pizza could only eat two piece one for each of my kids. Called the manager back SHE WAS RUDE. Said I was wrong. Called corporate they were very kind kind got my money back and that manager will probably be getting in trouble. She was rude very rude. Will not be using this Casey’s anymore. Casey's is always predictable and dependable. The restrooms and store in general seem to be clean all of the time. The cashiers tend to be pleasant and friendly or at the very least not offensive or stupid. They're are many places I won't go just because of the poor service. The best thing is that we love their pizza! I don't know how it is so consistently great but it is.
