This is a fantastic restaurant serving genuine Cajun cuisine. I really enjoyed the Gumbo and the Boudin paired with their creatively spiced crackers. They offer a complete Cajun menu. This is authentic down home Cajun/Creole cuisine. The red beans and rice were amazing. The beignets were perfect. We can't wait to go back and try more of the food. Yum!
I love this place! I'm from Louisiana and can't find really good Cajun lives here....until now! Carol and Wallace Deville are the right deal! They make the feeling at home and their cooking skills are from the charts! Really a gift! If you long real Cajun home cooking, everything she does is amazing! Beignets are the best I ever had... better than Cafe Dumond! Try it, you won't regret it!
Wonderful restaurant with great food. My favorite is the chicken salad croissant and they have the best crackers!! Don't miss it the next time you come out to Old Town Spring!
