Wingstop North Point offers a mixed dining experience. With consistently lackluster sauce on wings and delays in service due to understaffing, some patrons are left frustrated. However, those who are patient may find the food to be worth the wait, with delicious garlic parmesan and BBQ wings. Exceptional service experiences are also reported, with employees like Mike going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, Wingstop's wings are a hit, but the management issues and service inconsistencies may deter some diners from returning.

Ordered 100 wings and 5 baskets of fries with 12 dipping sauces for some of my employees. When I arrived the order of chicken was ready and they were finishing up a fresh batch of fries. I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes because that’s what you do in the “NEW NORMAL”! They gave me additional fries for myself and a free drink. Not necessary, but appreciated! This is not an indictment of the staff but the management team and their training, they can 't seem to get more than three people working at one time for this location. It takes minimum 50 minutes to get an order even if it 's small order, I once waited for over 90 minutes for my order. I constantly had to ask how much longer usually being told it 'll be ready in 10 minutes or there is one/two orders in front of you despite my food not being ready anytime soon. What makes it frustrating is that during the waiting time people will come back with wrong/incorrect items which adds to the delays. Management needs to get their stuff together.
This place is great when someone who knows what they are doing puts the orders together. When they let the new guy do it and forget an entire order of wings and all of the sauces, it gets pretty bad. They were so kind even tho we were late picking up our order on new years! Corperate should've updated the hours but the workers arw incredible
