Was User at Off Regal Lounge a mag?
Bartender last Saturday night is great. He handles the whole room and does a great job. Will be back for a nice, relaxing night again soon. Nice place. Great service. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Off Regal Lounge:
Disappointed that the bartender, together with the 2 older males at the bar, made my group fun that came in. I never felt more uncomfortable, but I didn't want to make a scene because my three other friends had no idea. Wouldn't recommend it. View all feedback.

Have been frequenting another Lounge in the area until we happened upon the ORL. What a warm and charming bar for those of us over 50 years. The service is always top notch and friendly. Haven't tried the food yet, but soon.
This is a nice bar. Great outdoor patio and friendly people serving you. The drinks are good and strong. We also had the French dip which for a bar was really good, soft bun, melty cheese and delicious au jus. The meat could have been better it's basically pressed meat but for a bar what can you expect. We had a great time out for my honey's bday. We don't go out much to bars but if I were to go out again I wouldn't mind stopping here.
There 's only one thing wrong with Spokane 's venerable Off Regal Lounge: The owner: a) He never smiles. b) He 's a very slow server. c) He doesn 't like young people, being of that age may have something to do with it. d) He just doesn 't fit.
The best dive! Love the outdoor seating area because it's so big! Bartenders are always super friendly. The only downside is that it smells like stale beer but it comes with the territory
