Love the chicken supreme. With that being said there were bones in my sandwich not one but two in the first three bites. The manager offered to take my number to give to the distributor and nothing more! When my wife called back to try to get a number for the owners to try to resolve this the refused and argued with my wife about the issue. Service was great. Place was super clean! I went through the drive thru. Didn't take long Riley h. Took my order and I did do a substitution and it was made correctly. Lost some stars because the amount of meat you get for $12.70 is barely any. I was mostly eating jalapeños and bannana peppers(pepper steak sandwhich). Just missed the mark. View all feedback.
A large group of 8 of us went to this restaurant and were impressed with how well they accommodated us. The staff was efficient and friendly, taking our orders promptly and ensuring we had a great dining experience.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service definitely needs some work. My partner and I both work in the industry so we understand that some days can be more challenging than others, but our experience here was consistently lacking. It felt like we were not valued as customers, which is a quick way to lose business. Even with the option to limit interactions before ordering, I would rather drive 15 minutes to their other location. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I also want to ensure that my feedback can potentially improve their business.
This was our first time at bruchi’s. wehad traveled all day and when we arrived in our hotel there was a power failure. bruchi was the only place open and they were pretty busy. everyone with whom we came in contact was friendly and attentive, even if they were blown. our food was hot, fresh and delicious. I had the cheeseburger and my man had the cheesesteak and both were excellent and met the place after a long day of travel.
An excellent place to get a pacific northwest favorite. the brot is hypoallergen-non milk and the meat and cheese variety is impressive for such a small kitchen staff. they are asked to order a kiosk at the entry. the personal was warm and attentive despite a very busy drive thru. that was great. among their stronger cheeses is the pepper steak sandwich. they have been sitting inside that was clean and plentiful when I waited for my order to process. I would recommend this place for a quick lunch or catering order. expect this place to cost a few dollars more than others almost food.
I normally LOVE eating here but tonight was terrible ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The service was rude as hell they were openly whining about customers showing up and forgot the mic was on then the intentionally burned out meat in our EXPENSIVE sandwiches I mean burned it's really bad I won't normally complain about food I'll just toss it and not come back but this was really really bad and I want the owner to know that the dudes working tonight we're disrespectful *holes who have no respect for anyone let alone thier place of employment.
