The food was simple but excellent Croatian food. The black risotto was excellent and the sea bass perfect. The vegetables that came with the sea bass were very tasty. We asked for a dessert and the waiter said we only have creme caramel and I expressed surprise that there was only the one choice. We asked for a portion each. The wine list was simple but our choice from Istria was very good and not expensive- crisp, clean tasting and very dry. Give it a try!
I ate 4 times in Hvaranin for 3 days staying in Split! Friendly staff but not pushy , tasty and delicious local wine and foods. I ate salad, pasta, risotto, mariné and so on. Everything was so nice ! Atomosphere was also good. It' s not touristic the point I like too . Hvarnin is my soul food in Split. I would absolutely recommend. 料理、デザートは美味しく、ワインも美味しく、雰囲気も素敵 おしつけがましくないところもまた良い 。観光地的ではないけれども、土地の料理が食べられる。量も申し分なし 一般的な日本人には一人で二皿は食べられないだろう。複数人でとりわけて食べるのも、勿論大丈夫 。３日のスプリト滞在中、昼も夜も全てここで食べた。給仕さんも調理師さんも楽しくて、全く文句なく素敵な場所だった！ Jeli sam 4 puta u Hvaranin 3 dana borave u Splitu! Ljubazno osoblje. Osoblje su prijateljski, ali ne i agresivan. Ukusna i domaće vino, hranu i slastice... Sve je bilo tako lijepo ! Atmosfera je također bila dobra. Hvaranin nije turističko mjesto koje sam volio previše. Hvarnin je duša moja hrana u Splitu. Ja apsolutno preporučam.
Fantastic! Theirs is a very simple cuisine, but we ate fresh and wonderfully cooked fish. None the least, side dishes were awesome! They managed to make heaven out of an octopus salad! Prices are are more or less the same of any restaurant in Split. Highly highly highly recommended!
