Lives up to the hype! Brought some friends so we tried different breakfast sandwiches and everyone absolutely loved them. Go early for the best (homemade) English muffin selection! They have other sweet treats which were also excellent, and the coffee got high marks. What Emily Wang dislikes about Vinal Bakery:
The sole vegan option (at least there is one) seems to be priced higher despite using less expensive ingredients. A little avocado would be nice, don’t you think? Is this what they call a "vegan tax"? Aside from that, everything was fine. I appreciated the friendly dine-in service and the use of real plates and glasses for water. The maple butter English muffin is so good, it's hard to eat only one! The coffee, on the other hand, wasn't so great.
I can’t go back to regular English muffins after having theirs. Also super kind staff, and a convenient window pick-up option!
Best English muffins I’ve had in my life. Classic flavors plus a rotating selection of seasonal offerings every month. The Everything-Bagel seasoning english muffins (poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion, garlic) were the BEST. If they become a regular flavor, I’d buy them every week ?
Came here yesterday late morning and parked down the street in front of Target. It’s been on my list for awhile and I was excited to finally try it due to the hype and my love for English Muffins. Don’t get me wrong they were good but not out of this world. I asked the person at the front what I should get and she recommended three and I choose the Sausage McVinal then got an individual English muffin with maple butter. The loss of the star was because I was the only one in there and waited a solid ten minutes and received a burnt English muffin. It was also just on the edge of being undercooked. Hard to see in the picture. The sandwich was good but all in it was $15, so overall this was 3.5 stars. I can’t imagine what the wait would be on a busy weekend morning so I would probably recommend ordering ahead. Might come back if I’m in the area but won’t go out of my way.
