Order was packed perfectly. Smokehouse burger was cooked to request. Process was easy and food was tasty.
Terrible experience. The lettuce was brown, the guacamole didn't look fresh, and the portion size was much smaller than my previous orders. The driver just sat in the parking lot doing nothing while my order was ready. I even confirmed with a phone call. I'm done with this restaurant due to their lack of service.
I've ordered from Ruby Tuesday multiple times, and they have consistently forgotten the kids' beverages that are included with the meals. When I try to get in touch with them, there's no one available to respond. It's frustrating to pay for something I'm not receiving!
I order from here all the time! The food is cooked to perfection, and the staff is fantastic!
Good was prepared quickly and it was hot when I picked it up. Everything was very tasty, I would recommend and I will order again
