The food is really, really good!. The staff is very professional and the service is of good quality. One of my favorite places for pasta and risotto. I don't generally like Tiramissu but theirs is unbelievably tasty. If you are into salads, get the Ceasar very good dressing! View all feedback.

Awful service. We went for lunch on Saturday. We ordered two meals. We waited for 40 min. and got a wrong order. Then we were told that if we’re prepared to wait for another 25 minutes, we’ll get our initial order. With so many nice places around, I don’t think it’s worth to endure such attitude. One of the better upper-middle places in Sofia. Competent food with an Italian accent in a hipstery-lofty and very urban atmosphere served by attentive staff. Basically the ingredients for an enjoyable night in town. The location is central and prices are okay for what is on offer.
Simple may have a well-decorated restaurant, but the staff and service are anything but impressive. Both servers were disinterested, making us feel like an inconvenience, and the 15 minute wait between my friend's dish and mine was nothing short of infuriating. To top it all off, the pasta bolognese was ok. Definitely not worth the Michelin referenced in the menu. Finally, when I asked for a fork, the server seemed to ignore me completely. It's clear that the only thing simple about this establishment is their lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. Save yourself the headache and avoid Simple at all costs.
This hip looking and beautifully designed restaurant unfortunately is staffed by people that think they are in the food and beverage serving business, when I’m fact they are in the hospitality business. Service was aloof and indifferent. It felt like they thought we were lucky to be dining there. Food was mediocre and main courses were brought at different times with no explanation or apology for one diner’s extended wait. Have not been his put off by service staff in a very long time. Dine at your own risk of disappointment.
The food is very good and tasty, and the staff was professional. We had caprese salad, oven baked gamberoni, tagliatelle manatarki, rigatoni, 2 desserts and 3 glasses of wine. Total was 150bgn, so it's a bit on the expensive side. Interior is modern in an industrial style. It's a bit noisy inside when it's full, but definitely a nice place.
This looked like a hip restaurant, so we intended to visit for a while. At the time that we arrived at most ⅓ of the tables (5, to be exact! were occupied, it wasn 't exactly buzzing with activity. We were given the menus, and then we waited for 15 minutes for someone to get our order. Since it didn 't happen, we had to go and look for the waiter to remind him that we were ready to order. The order was taken, and then we started waiting... for 45 minutes, at which point we decided that even a hip risotto isn 't worth so much waiting. We requested the bill and cancelled the risotto. The staff instantly became defensive aggressive, there were justifications such as that table ordered 11 main dishes , etc. One would think that a restaurant with more than 15 tables and more than 3 waiters should be able to cook main dishes for 11 people in less than an hour, no? And we 're not talking about French gourmet food, which takes long time to prepare, but rather about regular Mediterranean style dishes. Apart from that, one of the two salads that we had (a tabbouleh was barely edible. TL;DR As hip as it looks, the staff 's attitude and the food don 't match the looks.
