What Anonym dislikes about Furna:
The apple, cinnamon and brown sugar banitsa was amazing I wanted to buy another one but was too embarrassed cos I'd already bought so much. The sugar caramelised over the pastry and the apple was tender and the walnuts added a beautiful crunch. The fresh orange juice was the nicest I've had. They had some vegan baniza options and plant milk. the owner is very nice! but not much space to sit, so they must have luck getting a place.
All vegan is marked clearly. 3 benitzas were vegan and milk alternatives were available. they have not many seats inside, but the waiters were really friendly and offered ideas for a typical Bulgarian breakfast.
This bakery had at least 5 vegan baked goods when I left. I have: baniza, mushroom baniza and apple baniza. all were good. I am glad to try vegan Bulgarian cuisine! I also love the atmosphere in this bakery. if they are vegan and want to try baniza.
