This is a fantastic spot to take a break along the Mountain Parkway. The authentic Kentucky candy and honey are excellent—while a bit pricey, they're definitely worth it! View all feedback.
What Private Citizen dislikes about Shell:
The store is clean and the staff is friendly. However, I noticed that they are significantly overcharging for disposable vaping products, with some items priced nearly twice the market average. View all feedback.
Very lazy staff, if you raise any questions while you are in the store be sure they will stand there in front of other customers and talk trash about you. Have been through several time that the employee's had closed the store before the listed time on the door. Definitely needs new management and employees that are willing to do there job in a polite manner.
Good facility. Well laid out. Had all the things we needed and forgot at home.
I get my parking permit here every time! Good place to stock up before your hike!
