Was Eva Keil at Good Eats Sips a mag?
I wish this restaurant would extend its summer hours because it's a great place to grab a meal. My only suggestion is that it should be bigger. Skaneateles Lake is just steps away, so we often order takeout and enjoy our food by the water. The food is tasty, nutritious, and caters to various dietary needs. The only downside is that it can be a bit expensive, but that's typical for a popular tourist destination. View all feedback.
What Helen Low dislikes about Good Eats Sips:
I was disappointed with the salad, as the tomatoes were soggy and the fried chickpeas were overly crunchy. I had high hopes for the meal, but was disappointed to find that there was no calorie information or separate menu available for viewing before ordering. If you are conscious of your calorie intake, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant for the time being. View all feedback.
Both Emily's noodle bowl and Milli's buddha bowl, with added tofu, were delightful.
Nice clean modern cafe with a decent amount of indoor seating. I went for takeout during the pandemic. Ordered the Mills' Buddha Bowl. I added grilled tofu. Ingredients include Quinoa, a whole baked sweet potato with skin, sliced avocado, BBQ cannellini beans, corn, pumpkin seeds and tahini sesame dressing. It was exquisite! I especially liked the seasoning on the sweet potato, the texture and flavor of the grilled tofu, the beans and the dressing. The owner told me that there will be a new menu in January and that they will continue to offer many vegan options. I also ordered hibiscus lemonade shaken iced tea which was a sweet delight. I would grade what I ate a definite 5 stars. I will add to my review when I go back.
I love Good Eats! My partner and I go there at least once a week. My favorite dish is Anna's noodle bowl, but I also love Kevin's fried rice and the hangover noodle bowl. The service is always top-notch!
