**Restaurant Review: A Rollercoaster Experience** This restaurant offers an unpredictable dining experience, with opinions swinging wildly between exceptional and disheartening. While many patrons rave about the delicious food and friendly service, highlighting dishes like San Choy Bau and Singapore noodles, others recount unsettling incidents and mediocre meals, with some even describing their food as inedible. A warm atmosphere is noted, although complaints about service delays and unpleasant encounters tarnish the overall impression. Ultimately, this establishment appears to be a mixed bag, where you might either be delighted or disappointed, making it a gamble for your next dining adventure.

Was Anonym at Pearl Light Palace a mag?
Lovely people, spacious dining room with red lanterns for authenticity . San choy bau was excellent, as was the Singapore noodles. Mongolian lamb not so great but still edible and the service is excellent. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Pearl Light Palace:
absolutely terrible, made an order to pick up, was said 30 minutes, cool no worry after an hour waiting in their depressive foyer I cut my losses and went elsewhere. great place if they want to kill time and themselves. View all feedback.
Have been ordering Chinese takeaway from the Pearl Light Palace over the last few years, while not being a Michelin 5 star or hatted restaurant they did provide a reasonable meal. Not sure what has happened, very disappointed. Last two times we have ordered takeaway, quality has been well below average. Our last order was the Deluxe Fried Rice, was all rice with a few baby prawns and not much else, this was very bland, more resembled lightly fried gluey, boiled rice. My wife's prawn toast was deep fried sesame seed on bread, if there was prawn paste it was sparse and tasteless. Mains were okay with no difference in flavour, these were similar in flavour Battered Chicken Sweet N Sour , and Tender Crispy Chicken home made Sweet n Sour Hot sauce. Was expecting some heat in the latter, the chicken was crispy, dry and chewy. Unable to rate the atmosphere as we only have takeaway. Definitely not wheelchair or disabled accessible, large steep flight of stairs to negotiate. We do hope they can go back to what they were providing, will look for an alternative for now and might give them another try in about six to twelve months.

Kid was also staring at my son and was asking to.. yk what!! Obviously he did so he went in the stall with him and he offered $100 to not tell anyone LOL! Easy money?!?! Let’s just say my boy couldn’t walk after that one!!!!! Service: Dine in
