I am so sad to hear that So Good is closing its branch in 100AM. We visit this branch to dine in or takeaway at least once a week as we really like their authentic HK style food and it's nearby my place. Asked my brother went to this branch to takeaway for my mum, upon reaching there he said it wasnt open despite google saying its open. Sent an enquiry thru company feedback form and no reply, called the number for the branch provided on the website and google the guy on the other end slammed my phone when I asked is that the char chan teng after replying no. I sent my brother to this branch to pick up takeout for my mom, but when he arrived, he found it was closed, even though Google indicated it was open. I submitted an inquiry through the company's feedback form but received no response. When I called the branch number listed on the website and Google, the person on the other end hung up on me after simply saying "no" when I asked if it was the Char Chan Teng. This has been an absolutely terrible experience, even before actually visiting the restaurant. Service rating: 1.
It's unfortunate that this place has closed down, as I really enjoyed their food. Food: 5, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 3.
I am deeply saddened to learn that So Good is closing its location in 100AM. We have been dining in or taking out from this branch at least once a week because we truly enjoy their authentic Hong Kong-style food, and it's conveniently located near my home. I genuinely hope So Good will consider reopening a branch in Tanjong Pagar.
