I've been checking out all the coffee places near Cecil, and Hapi Cafe truly earns a 5-star rating for their iced coconut Americano. It was the perfect pre-workout drink—balanced and not overly sweet. The cafe offers plenty of seating, and the service was outstanding. Hapi Cafe is a decent place to spend an afternoon working or unwinding. The interior lighting feels a bit too bright. Since the food is made off-site, the ordering process can be a little awkward. This was my first time dining at Hapi Cafe for lunch. The service was outstanding, and the staff were very accommodating, despite it being self-service. The food was delicious and fulfilling.
