The Five Tapas bar/restaurant shares a communal space with a number of other bars and restaurants in an area located about 100 metres off Orchard road. It attracts and young and lively crowd and is interesting in that you can both order your food and pay for it via your mobile phone by scanning in a QR code that is printed on each table. It doesn’t serve authentic Spanish food so the tapas reference is simply to underscore the fact that you purchase multiple items of food off a varied menu. Budget-wise, it sits somewhere between fast food and medium priced. Tables are tall and seating is on stools.
I recently visited this restaurant with my family, and it was a fantastic experience for food lovers. The food was incredibly fresh, and the staff was very helpful in selecting dishes. I highly recommend visiting!
The staff was polite and friendly. However, I was disappointed to find a 5% service charge added to our bill without our prior consent.

Excellent bistro to chill, gather and tapas portions are great. Especially the fried chicken chunks. Dine-in or takeaways. Great choices of drinks list.
