After a long time we were back in tris, *it was definitely the last time*! In short, the waiters are world champions in terms of ignorance. It's 20:15, we walk to the Tris, we see a free table outside and take a seat. After about 10 minutes the first waiter notices us actively, before it was only wonderfully looked through us, we get two menus and the waiter disappears again. After a further 5 minutes, the beverage orders and shortly thereafter the food order are actually received, the beverages were brought back after 5 more minutes. Nothing happens first. After a further 30 minutes, the first drinks are already empty, no trace from the food. About an hour after the drinks comes for a demand whether we had not yet got a salad bowl, only unfortunately not as ordered, he goes back. This time the new delivery takes only 3 minutes, so the question arises why the first salad lasted so long. 10 minutes later, it is already 21:45, the salad is empty, from the rest of the food we will be really mad after we have seen that three other tables with guests who have come far after us have a warm meal in front of them. We go to the waiter and complain about the long waiting period we want to go straight, there comes at once our order from the kitchen. The empty glasses have long been cleared, on a question relating to We are waiting for further drinks, which we did not want. When paying, I only rounded up the amount and dispensed with the 10% tip, which the waiter could not believe at all, but who offers such a bad service that deserves no bonus.
Unbelievable, bad, arrogant, unfriendly service. Service (restaurant manager) would like to end up with more cash than we got (half of the order was forgotten) and let us say that we had a gift now, we would not need to come so quickly and a happy one (in July). We went to New Year's with 9 people, including 3 children. Despite reservations, it took 1.5 h until the last meal was there. I've never had to wait any longer. In addition, a pizza came after 20min, then was served on the side table, then with us again 2 food etc. It's nothing new in the gastronomy that the food is served together as much as possible, but it doesn't seem possible in the tris. This indicates a low-growing organisation and voting problems. Close kitchen and service. If everything has been pre-reserved, it is better to calculate and plan, you should think. Not here. Such a long waiting time is not at all. So also the last visit there. That's how you can bury clientele. 2 stars for food that is not outstanding but ok.
The pizza's the hammer... it's going to be more often. The price fits. Super crispy, tasty. I can't understand the bad reviews...
