Awful experience. Made an order online and waited about an hour for it to be delivered, just to receive an email that the order was instead cancelled with no explanation. Calling the restaurant to see if I could pick the order up instead, they hung up onme twice before even speaking to me. View all feedback.
Horrible customer service. Ordered online, waited over an hour and they canceled our order. Called the restaurant and talked to the manager and she was not willing to help at all. What a waste of time and pathetic service.

Unprofessional staff, very quick to catch an attitude, they get mad because they don?t speak English, and can?t understand your requests. Manger presence is needed on the floor because clearly the staff needs proper training on providing service.
I recently visited Chipotle, and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've had. From the moment I walked in, the employees were incredibly rude and seemed completely disinterested in providing any kind of service. She saw us and didn’t come help, she kept talking with the cashier and when she finally came she didn’t even greet us or anything. Just straight up disrespectful and terrible customer service! They were audibly complaining about how close they were to closing, which made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by simply being there because you’re not closed yet you’re still open. The quality of the food was subpar, and the overall atmosphere was just unpleasant. I definitely won't be returning to this location anytime soon. This location needs different staff asap. The serving crew members are very rude. They make you repeat the order while being rude. I also received too much sour cream and I had to throw some away because of my health dietary limitations. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1
