I was order number 479 on August 26, 2023, at 8:16 PM. I ordered a hot latte, but the worker silenced the alarm for my order and then forgot about it while finishing up what they were doing. Instead of attending to my order, they continued to serve everyone who arrived and paid after me. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for my drink.
The service was very prompt, and I didn't have to wait in line for long at all, unlike other Sheetz locations.
I really love this Sheetz! I've been coming here since I was about 10 years old.
So we went to sheetz tonight and ordered food online. It was Sept Friday 13th and was a forest hills football game! Everyone that knows forest hills on game nights know Sheetz is the hot spot! Was absolutely crazy in there! One young manager with two boys that were busting their butt's! Working so hard I figured the food would probably not be that great. Man was I wrong! The food was cooked great and tasted awesome! Great job!
