I have never experienced that the personal does not speak English or a similar language from the surrounding country (they have many guests from montenegro, no need to speak this language, but at least English is required.) the waitress understood absolutely nothing, even I showed her in the menu what I wanted to eat (only a simple fish than I switched over to the pizza, only hope she understood something) the restau...
