This is probably the most delicious udon restaurant in Shiso City, or rather in the western Harima area. While there are other places that may excel in terms of udon, donburi, and value for money overall, when it comes to just "udon," this place is unbeatable. The seating is limited and the wait times can be long, so there is always a line, but it's worth the wait so I recommend lining up to eat here. View all feedback.

This restaurant is truly delicious. The firmness of the cold udon noodles is especially noteworthy. The aroma of the broth is amazing, so I recommend trying the plain kake udon first without adding any extra ingredients. They also accept PayPay!
During the journey between the client's location and the accommodation in the city of Awa, I saw parking lots along the road multiple times, but I couldn't find the restaurant. Following a recommendation from a customer, I checked the map of the parking lot and finally arrived at the restaurant. It was just before 2pm and there were several groups of customers already there. I decided to try the highly recommended kitsune udon. It took about 15 minutes for the dish to come out, which was a bit long but worth the wait. The fried tofu was slightly sweet, the noodles were chewy, and the broth had a perfect balance. It's a shame that it will be difficult for me to revisit due to the distance, but I would love to try other items on the menu.
