I only popped in for a chip butty. I expected a breadcake with a small portion of chips inside. When I got home I found a massive portion of chips, and only £2.50. Chips were spot on too View all feedback.
This restaurant is a top-notch choice! My family and I stopped by for a delicious meal after the circus. The chips were cooked to perfection, the haddock was fresh, and the batter was not greasy at all. We all enjoyed our meals, with each of us choosing something different from the menu. Some even said it was the best fish and chip shop they had ever been to. While it still doesn't quite beat Yorkshire Fisheries in Blackpool for me, it is a very close second. We will definitely be returning!
I had cod, chips, and peas for dinner tonight and they were delicious. The fish was cooked perfectly to order and of great quality. There were plenty of chips and I was also given tartar sauce and a lemon. I have visited this restaurant several times and the fish is always good. The price for the large cod and chips is comparable to others. I highly recommend it.
The restaurant has an inviting exterior and a clean, tidy interior. There are plenty of seats available, with a TV on one wall and a clear, organized price list on the other. The staff are experienced and efficient, from taking orders to serving the food. The well-cooked and neatly wrapped food gives a great impression for takeout. Overall, the dining experience is enjoyable, meeting both hunger and expectations.
Popped in on the way home, never visited this shop before. Our fish and chips were cooked before our eyes, fresh, hot and delicious
