I visited Prezzo today and I was pleasantly surprised by the improved service since my last visit! Our waitress was absolutely fantastic and very attentive. The food was delicious and tasted amazing. I ordered takeout from this restaurant. Unfortunately, I had to inquire about where to eat after waiting nearly 10 minutes for their appetizer. The child's pizza arrived after my pasta main dish. The pasta was cold, so I had to return it to be reheated. No staff member checked in on our table to see if we needed anything. However, the food quality was good. The portions were generous. I went to Prezzo and had a great experience! The food was well-prepared and delicious, especially the salad, pizza, and garlic bread. Despite it being busy, we never felt ignored. The atmosphere was fantastic and really set the mood. I will definitely be returning again in the future!
In any case worth a visit, as eating is quite good. we came here on a Saturday night and it felt like they had mixed their booking times, because we waited 30 minutes for the bars so that our pre-ordered is ready. And then, after we had ordered ourselves, we had to wait long until our ancestors showed up. a shame when it was eating and drinking really nice. they have also added the bill wrong and drinks that we did not have. this type of things happen, but the attention to detail and service could be better. in any case it is worth checking out as a really nice modern restaurant with good food. on a plus side they sat on a beautiful large, spacious table with comfortable chairs!
