Roaneka was fantastic and fulfilled all my requests, including the extra sauce for my lettuce wraps. I ordered dinner to go for my entire family, and everything was ready in about 15 minutes. It was packaged perfectly with plenty of napkins and forks. I am very satisfied with the experience. This was my first time ordering PF Chang's to go, and it definitely won't be my last! Overall, my experience was positive, but the main issue was the cost. I choose to eat gluten-free due to an allergy. While the food was decent, it simply wasn't worth the price. The prices are outrageously high for what is offered. The gluten-free chicken was okay, but it didn’t stand out compared to other meals I've had. The chocolate soufflé was particularly disappointing; it tasted like a low-quality fudge cube. I enjoyed dining here, but I wasn't satisfied with the amount I had to pay for the meal.

My friend and I were greeted by wonderful Sonia who went above and beyond with her service! So friendly and even though this is mainly for take out Sonia brought us all our food , utensils, condiments and even cups with ice for our drinks. This girlneeds a raise! Chef Dom?s food was amazing as well. Good job !
