Was Aram V at Nila Restaurant And Bar a mag?
We enjoyed this hotel very much. Everything was perfect. Rooms were clean and safe. All the staff were great. The breakfast food was the best I've seen in many years. The hotel was centrally located to all places of interest in Jacksonville fl. View all feedback.
What KAMSdad dislikes about Nila Restaurant And Bar:
I feel I was robbed. I stayed here Feb 4 for a motorcycle event. We stayed 2 nights. While driving back to Houston I saw a charge for $300. I called but had to call back. The GM (Michael) claims I tried to remove a TV from a wall mount and destroyed it!! 1. I was NEVER called about the issue but just charged. 2. I still have not seen any evidence that links me to the destruction. I was told they only have cameras on... View all feedback.
I stayed here for four nights and overall, the hotel was nice. My room was decent; aside from a few broken items, it was comfortable, and the bed was quite cozy. However, my biggest complaint is about the so-called restaurant on-site. The menu was extremely limited, featuring only finger foods like salads, chicken strips, and fries. Another major drawback was the continental breakfast options. As a health enthusiast, I found nothing suitable to eat—literally no fruit or vegetables, just carbs and sweets. In all my travels, I’ve never stayed at a hotel chain that didn’t offer at least one fruit option. This is a real letdown and a deal-breaker for me if I consider staying at this hotel again.
The pool and gym were both closed, and the pool itself had a green hue from algae. The in-room phone was not functioning, there were no ice machines available, and both coffee makers in the breakfast area were out of order. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, it couldn't compensate for the lack of amenities.
We took the stairs down from the fourth floor, and there were no signs indicating that we shouldn’t. The exit wasn't marked as an emergency exit, and the alarm didn’t go off. As a result, we found ourselves locked outside in a muddy construction area near a pool excavation. When we brought this to the management's attention, they placed the blame on us rather than addressing the issue. The manager also refused to put up any signage to warn future guests. It raises a serious concern about how guests would escape a fenced area in case of a fire. Additionally, breakfast was very disappointing, and the TV had no signal while the Keurig didn’t work either.
Our stay at BW Premier was ok. I recommend BW Premier after we stayed for two nights. The breakfast service was average. The room was good. The friendliness of the staff was ok, could be better. Overall BW Premier is an ideal hotel when you booking last minute.
Management was rude, rooms are filthy, no pool (under construction). Reservation never told me that. Refused to let me out of 2nd day reservation at check in! Put luggage in tub screened for bed bugs (no bed bugs) peeled back linens the mattress/es were stained and soiled! Moved pillows on one bed only to find lil tiny spiders! ? place was like a transient population for convicts!
