Was t m at Dunkin' a mag?
I just wanted to extend my gratitude to the night manager, Ray, for his outstanding service on Sunday night, June 9, 2024. I was in need of a coffee to help me through my work shift, so I drove up to the window at 10:00 PM. Despite the fact that they were scheduled to close at that time, Ray and his coworker were still serving cold brew. I truly appreciate their kindness and effort! Thanks again, guys! They were lucky I wasn't in a combative mood that day. There was no one in the drive thru but me. If I wasn't running late and didn't have my kid with me, I would go inside and ask for the manager. View all feedback.
They have a kiosk that confuses me and I’m only 19. And it ruins social interaction
I love Dunkin!!!! They are always polite,curtious and food is yummy served with a smile
VERY very slow during rush hour. One person making drinks and serving the front counter over drive through. I sat at the window after receiving my food for over 10 more minutes waiting on a medium coffee
Drive thru worker was extremely rude and a lot of attitude. May 18 noon.
