This place used to be good. It 's changed. The food is routine. Soggy chips (fries), tasteless 'heritage ' tomatoes. The patron, who used merely to be eccentric, is rude and clearly despises his customers. He makes rude and sarcastic 'jokes ', which are basically insults with the cop-out 'ha ha ' at the end so it 's deniable. Accueil sympathique avec humour ! malgré les airs rustres du patron Une carte bien choisie, des produits du terroir cuisinés avec passion, que du bonheur ! Bravo à la cuisinière Le restaurant est décoré avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. Vous pouvez y aller les "yeux fermés"...
Une cuisine savoureuse, des ingrédients bien choisis, un régal pour les papilles. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil sympathique et compétent du patron, le cadre très agréable grâce à sa déco, et surtout les plats de la formule du jour. L'Oranger est authentique et non un attrape-touristes - bien que nous étions des touristes :)
Très bon restaurant, calme et bon acceuil. Moi et ma copine avons beaucoup apprécié notre diner. Je le recommande!

We were walking around Sete on a very rainy day and just happened to walk by this place. So glad they were open. We had a really fantastic meal here, service was outstanding by a young sweet gal, super friendly and nice, and it was really a memorable experience all the way around. I was actually surprised, don't know why because we were in France, but the food coming out of that kitchen was amazing. This place is very small with some tables outside, but it was just excellent. We speak very little French, but they were super welcoming to us as we were the only Americans in the whole place. The owner and his son were hanging out in the dining area, which we loved, really nice people here. I highly recommend this place for the food, service, and the fun atmosphere. Prices are extremely fair for the quality and portions of food.
