Went for a course lunch. The atmosphere and style of the place was wonderful. The presentation of the food was top-notch. The food however...everything was much too salty for my liking and I was struggling to eat some of the dishes for this reason. The meats and fish were cooked to perfection but sadly the flavors weren't working. For the price and the fact it's a Michelin star restaurant, maybe I was just expecting... View all feedback.
I visited my family for the first time. Lunch 11000yen First of all, I enjoyed Shabli with wine. I am very satisfied with the mellow aroma and refreshing acidity that penetrates the nasal cavity. Each dish, including a plate, is served individually. There are a number of dishes that incorporate the playfulness and commitment of the owner chef. A parade of expression that brings out the ultimate taste of the material as a carefully selected material. In particular, the texture of the kampati was the first texture that traveled through various dimensions. At the same time, the wine was poured into the glass, and the description of the dish was also detailed, and the staff was perfect. The roasted onion in the oven was roasted for 55 minutes until the maximum sweetness was increased, and everyone was imp。ed whether the onion was transformed into a luxurious dish in this place. Butter and dessert chocolate, especially served in a bucket, was the best taste I never had before. It is a dish that conveys the passion of the owner chef who is trying to achieve the ultimate without compromising on all materials. Not only desserts, but also small skills are also effective. A seafood-centric course, unusual for a French restaurant. It's a good place to eat local seafood in a French style.
