Our menu is a celebration of regional Chinese cuisine, with a special focus on handcrafted noodles made in-house by our talented Chef Travis Post, who utilizes local Washington wheat. We also serve a carefully curated selection of draft beers from independent breweries in Seattle and Tacoma that we truly love. Dive into our selection of noodles, where every dish is a burst of flavor. Start with our Cold Buckwheat Noodles featuring chicken and a chili-soy sauce for just $19. For something hearty, try the Beef Meatball Noodle in our rich house broth, infused with chilies and woodear mushrooms for $21. We have options for everyone, including vegetarian alternatives! In addition to our noodle offerings, we have a variety of other eats to complement your meal. Enjoy our Pork Chive Dumplings in a hot sour broth, or savor the Baby Back Ribs with your choice of cumin spice or garlic chili oil for $17.
