We had a good time here with a group of 6! We booked an outdoor reservation to start our night off. It took a while to get seated as the entrance is on a lower level and then you get sent up an elevator to another host. Our table was not initially ready when we got there. What vert on dislikes about mBar:
View is the best but you can tell their heart is t in it any longer. Also they hustle you out by 10 I guess which is kinda weird for fine dining and a gorgeous view View all feedback.
Indeed one of the best roof top bars in Seattle with a great view on two sides ( as the other side is full of construction sites in view).
Lovely layout and decorHowever, I was disappointed with my first visit here at MBarOur waiter was friendly and very inviting, which was a plus.
We have been twice in the last 2 weeks ... which describes how much we love Metro 8. The porcini mushroom noodles are my favorite along with steak and tuna. The vegetables are always so fresh and cooked perfectly. The salads are crispy and properly dressed and the wine list is huge and delicious. Perfect for dates, girls' nights or special occasions. Correctly priced for the top quality food you get. Better steaks than Angus Barn, better pasta than Maggianos and much cheaper. The terrace is our favorite dining space, but the tables inside are super romantic. We will no doubt be back soon. Great service, fantastic atmosphere, top bar and wine list and food in the region to celebrate small business ... all my favorite things! Parking is so much easier than downtown Durham and we love the taste of 9th Street. The desserts are fantastic and the coffee is delicious.
