This hot pot restaurant offers a unique prearranged version of the popular dish, with options ranging from spicy to mild. The menu can be overwhelming due to the myriad delicious choices, but ordering the beef set can make for an easy decision. Portion sizes are generous, with a regular pot feeding two people, making it a very affordable meal. Spice level 2 is noted to be pretty spicy, so be prepared for a kick. The delivery option also receives positive feedback, with warm food and well-prepared vermicelli. While some find the soup base a bit bland, the Taiwanese tofu and abundant vegetables make the meal worth a try. The overall dining experience is compared to a ramen place, providing a different but enjoyable experience. Despite long wait times, the fast service and delicious food keep customers coming back for more. This restaurant is highly recommended by regulars for its flavorful options, like the Taiwanese Spicy or House Special, and top-notch service. Wildly popular with good reason, this hot pot spot in Seattle is sure to satisfy your cravings for a hearty and satisfying meal.
Very good value. They say this is a popular place, so we came in early and ordered curry and cream pot and seafood tofu pot. Satisfied.?Food: 5/5
I'm a soup er fan of Boiling Point! I always order the beef soup and the sauces are so good, It’s probably the reason I keep coming back. And the best part? I don't have to cook anything myself I can be lazy and still have a delicious meal. Plus, they've got bubble tea to wash it all down. The staff is always friendly, so it's like being welcomed into a warm (boiling) embrace. Definitely worth a visit! My order:BeefMediumRiceAdd on:ShrimpBokchoyUdon noodlesTempuraBubble tea:Hokkaido milk tea with egg pudding and bobaSauce:Two whopping spoon fulls of garlic bean pasteSprinkle of chili plum powderOne round of garlic chili sauceAnd finishing all the way to the top the garlic soy sauce
Food is so so. Need a bit more protein in each pot. We came in a big group of 10+ people. Everyone has either lamb, thai, beef, taiwanese, or house special hotpot. The side dishes are average. An extra point for jelly desert. The 4 containers of seasoning on every table were not refilled , very hard to scoop it out. You guys should use a rounded shape of container to make it easy for customers to use. The Denatured alcohol under the pot to heat up the pot but customers can not control the level of heat. Staff is great and helpful. Surprisingly we dont have to pay for parking. I like the faucet in the restroom as it jetted very strong. Overall, a nice experience!
We came this morning. One of the lady service was very disappointing. The server had a poor attitude and showed little interest in helping customers. When we clearly expressed our needs and requests, there was no response at all, and we were simply ignored. We had to wait a long time without any explanation, and basic requests were not acknowledged. This made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Good service is an important part of dining out, and unfortunately, it was completely lacking during our visit. Because of the poor service, we are unlikely to return, despite the food itself being acceptable. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
We used to go here pretty regularly during the winter to warm up, but stopped for a few years. We recently went back, and quality has really dropped. They don’t ask for sugar level for bubble tea (I always get zero sugar), and the boba is hard (stale, definitely not fresh). They also made it in ten seconds, which tells me the milk tea is pre made. Service is hard to flag down, even when the restaurant doesn’t have a lot of customers. They never refill the broth, unlike other hotpot places. Their vermicelli comes in a plastic bag, which is unnecessary and damaging to the environment. They also give you a low portion. The broth is okay it has flavor but not as amazing or spicy as before (I always get the Taiwanese spicy). The pig blood curd was also overcooked. The sauce containers at the table are barely filled and are lacking the punch it used to have. All in all, pretty mediocre food for a place that used to be pretty decent.
