Go out of your way to avoid this location. Bathrooms were filthy, not stocked and there was active drug use in the bathroom. Food order was inaccurate and incomplete, eating area was a mess. Several visibly intoxicated people were in the store. View all feedback.
Absolutely horrible management, filthy store absolutely no customer service skills and pumps that don't pump the accurate amount of fuel the pump stopped three times charged my card even showed a manager who ended up coming to the pump. The corporate officetried to be as much help as possible but Evan couldn't be bothered for even 2 minutes to even attempt to make the situationright, pump three at this location is nowhere near accurate and is actually broken while management fits on their hands withmaking excuses and treating customers horribly. If a customer asks for assistance they should have no problem providing it andnot ignore a person and wait on the next one then add to that the Scranton cop on a power trip acting like it's no big deal tobe upset when your card is fraudulently charged for services or merchandise you didn't get there is absolutely 0 point or logicto having a police officer standing around inside the store just to secure it
Terrible service, the cashier Kia was snarky and rude. Maybe aside from punching the time clock they can teach their employees common courtesy or put them behind closed doors if they cannot kindly deal w the public. Every windshield wash station wascompletely dry at the pumps.
Sheetz is always bustling, but the young staff provides great and friendly service. They really made me feel appreciated on Veterans Day. The menu is fantastic too!
I highly recommend steering clear of this location. The bathrooms were dirty and poorly stocked, and I even witnessed drug use occurring inside. My food order was both incorrect and incomplete, and the dining area was in disarray. Additionally, there were multiple visibly intoxicated individuals present in the store.
I visited to charge my car and had a pleasant experience with excellent service. I just wish the bathroom was a little cleaner. Overall, I will definitely return.
