What User dislikes about Sheetz:
In NEPA Sheetz is the ONLY LATE NIGHT place open. In fact its the only bussiness open after midnight around here... Maybe this is where the cool kids go after the rest of the town pulls in the sidewalks for the night. BEE SEEING YOU ????????? View all feedback.
Stopped at this Sheetz to get gas and I I swiped my sheets card to applied the 40 cents off I had in points it told me to swipe my bank card first which I did. When I went to swipe my sheets card it said I couldn?t use my sheets card because I alreadyswiped my bank card ? it?s happened to me at the sheets in Scranton too I?m going to stop going to sheets for anything becauseit is nothing but a rip off why give points if you can?t use them ???
Never have issues during the day, everything is generally fast and everyone is nice. But just went in for some food late and the staff was incredibly rude. A guy politely went up to check on his drink after getting his food with no drink and the woman gavehim extremely uncalled for attitude and when going up for my food and saying thank you she rolled her eyes and walked away. Theywere busy and clearly in a rush but the attitude was extremely uncalled for and then they stood behind the counter openlytalking about the mad like he did something wrong when he went back to his friend and said he didn?t appreciate her attitude andthat he was going to wait outside cause he was upset. extremely unprofessional
They recently remodeled, and it looks fantastic, but they installed fewer gas pumps than before, and they’re much slower now. It’s always crowded with long wait times. I thought I could save time by getting everything done in one place—gas, food, car wash—but it ended up taking about an hour and a half. Next time, I’ll go somewhere else. The staff is friendly, and everything looks great; it just takes way too long.
In NEPA, Sheetz is the only late-night spot open. In fact, it’s the only business operating past midnight around here. Maybe this is where the cool kids hang out after the rest of the town calls it a night. See you there!
