I am a regular at this location and have been for about a year. Overall they are a pretty nice bunch of people who keep south Scranton fed. At times they are slow but usually this can be explained away by the big business they handle. I removed 2 stars from their rating for 2 different reasons.1) When ordering bagels they are burnt about 25% of the time. I have mentioned this to them and corporate but it has not impr... This drive-thru is quick and efficient, unlike the Dunkin's in Wild Barre which was slow.
The service is extremely slow at this restaurant. There is always a long line that wraps around the block, no matter what time of day you go. The workers are often rude and inattentive.
I've been here since it's the next thing I've got a drive-thru. every time I come here, which has become less and less, there is always something that they cannot fulfill in my mobile order. I come into the window and they say: “Besorging, but xyz is not available today.” So why is it an option on the app? Other locations, if something is not in stock, the app will tell them when they try to check. just today I came into the window and the young man who took my orders asked me what I got on my mobile phone order shouldn't that be ready for me? how it is exactly there on the screen. the other people who work there are always beautiful, but the drinks are sometimes quite lucid. they are not always disappointing, but it seems as if it is more often than I don't get frustrated there. The most likely is to take place in the Mulberry road, which is not much better the most time.
