I highly recommend trying the Japanese roast rice at this restaurant - it is delicious and naturally vegan! I discovered some fantastic vegan frozen entrees that I could take to work during the week. My personal favorites were the vegan pad thai and vegan red curry entrees, and they were surprisingly affordable at just $2.50-$2.99 each. I made a quick stop at this restaurant to grab some food for my airport and flight. I got a baguette, hummus, chocolate, and more. Trader Joe's had everything I needed in the familiar environment that I'm used to. The restaurant also had a beautiful southwestern mural.

They also offer a variety of great vegan frozen entrees that are perfect for taking to work during the week. My personal favorites were the vegan Pad Thai and vegan red curry, priced at $2.50 and $2.99 each. I did have some trouble with the vegan spring rolls falling apart, but that could have been due to my cooking skills (or lack thereof). Luckily, I also discovered some tasty vegan muffins here.
