Was William Friar at Shell a mag?
The restaurant is consistently understaffed. The cashier is juggling multiple tasks like frying chicken, sweeping the floors, answering phone calls, and making coffee—essentially doing everything except managing the register. I'm feeling conflicted about this visit. The restaurant was in need of a good cleaning, and the restrooms were quite dirty with no soap in the dispenser. However, my husband ordered two pieces of chicken and two potato wedges, and he insisted that I try a bite. Oh my goodness, they were delicious! I'm really torn about whether to keep this place in my address book—I think I might have to skip it. View all feedback.
Needed to clean our windshield cuz our washer fluid was empty. Every single stall was dry and only a couple even had squeegee. Restroom was nasty also.
First off the ladies working at this gas station are extremely rude. They yelled at my mom and brother for not wearing a mask, even tho they were in hand and about to put them on. They were also very adamant everyone stand 6 feet apart. Meanwhile, the restrooms were so dirty. No soap and the toilet paper was on the floor. If you’re going to enforce mask wearing and 6ft apart, provide clean restrooms.

So let me start by saying this chicken is the best I've had ever. But that is the extent of my compliments! The first problem is the rudeness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable and I will go to the chevron on the hill from now The middle age black lady that is the supervisor or manager is always good when she's there, but the rest leaves everything to be DESIRED! How do you answer a phone since we where told if we wanted chicken on a stick to call, yet you answer the phone talking to someone else, never identifying your self or the business? When I say hello you yell hold on! 2 other times previously it's the sa.e and please clean the place!
Dirty so bad!! I stopped here going to Memphis and on way back week later, had to go next door or down road, feces on bathroom Wall and toilet both time!! Disgusting. Won't be back
