Great and surprising menu with a large selection of tarte flambées, special starters and interesting offers of varied desserts. We chose two starters that were delicious. The service was extremely attentive and very friendly.

We came here to eat and were absolutely thrilled to find such quality here. The atmosphere of the restaurant is just great. It is decorated with great attention to detail and is harmonious. There is a lot to discover for the eye. The service is great, super friendly and thoughtful. That's what you want when you just want to end the evening and have a delicious meal. The food was simply terrific. The ginger carrot coconut soup was just great. The tarte flambée was perfectly coordinated. The raclette was simply indescribably delicious. All of this led to us having to try the steak, which was absolutely a culinary delight. The homemade mojitos were the icing on the cake. We were thrilled and recommend a visit here.
We were a group of 18 on a hiking tour in Nideggen-Schmidt and treated ourselves to a meal at the Eine Linde restaurant as the perfect finale. We received our highest recommendation from all 18 people, and everyone was delighted. The table was beautifully set. All the courses were presented perfectly, cooked to perfection, and tasted delicious. The warm and welcoming owners and staff were always attentive and discreet, and everyone felt very well taken care of. It couldn't have been better. We'd love to come back!
