This place has amazing bagels, excellent customer service, and delightful baked goods perfect for a day on the water! I discovered this gem during a summer fundraiser. Although I live in Colonie, I always make it a priority to stop by for their bagels and apple cider whenever I'm nearby. The prices are great too! Very good bagels, probably the best in the capital region. They have excellent breakfast Sandwhiches and everyone is always friendly.
Been here a few times. Food is always great, especially for the price. Staff is kind, and works fast, usually get the order done ahead of schedule.

Placed an order for pick up at 10:15am. I get there at 10:10am, I didn't leave with my order until 10:45am. Not only that but I ordered 13 bagels, I received 11 bagels and they weren't what I ordered at all. It definitely took away from our Mother's Day. Would NOT recommend. Poorly organized, poor execution. The food you'll get will taste good, it just WON'T BE WHAT YOU ORDERED and you WILL wait quite some time for it.
