Good meat, and nice idea of having to go to the butcher's counter to choose the cuts or preparations to eat at the table. the cooking of the pieces chosen by us, cut of beef and pork steaks, was for excessive and the meat turned out to be stopped, perhaps because the brace officer was allowed to condition a p too much from the fear of my wife to eat raw meat. besides the meat in practice you can not eat anything else, if you exclude outlines (some salads are those that are in envelopes in supermarkets. sweets and ice creams (the latter coming from lace hornet, but not the best quality
