Fish restaurant is a perfect choice for families looking for a great meal after a bike ride across Golden Gate Bridge. The fresh oysters, amazing crab rolls, and crispy brussel sprouts are not to be missed. The large portions, outdoor seating overlooking the bay, and friendly service make for a very enjoyable dining experience. The grilled rainbow trout, linguine with mussels, and dungeness crab roll are all highly recommended dishes. The clam chowder, fish n chips, and caesar salad are also delicious choices. While the prices may be a bit high, the quality of the food and the scenic waterfront location make it a worthwhile stop for a relaxed and tasty meal.
This was recommended to us by a friend and we were so glad that we followed the recommendation. My son had grilled rainbow trout on Linguine. This fish was tender and the skin crisp. I had linguins and mussels. This was the first time I remember the dish served with the shells still in the shells. The linguins were freshly produced. It was also served with a large piece of bread to suck the broth that was not big enough. We asked for more so that we can enjoy more of this delicious kindness. The views from the deck overlooking the bay and the marina were spectacular.
Clam Chowder, fish n chips, caesar salad, lemonade so good. Perfect combination for a little more beautiful lunch on a road trip. The Boston White Clam Chowder is the best I had in California, I don't know what they're in (can be a hint of white wine? but I could eat it because age doesn't get tired. Fish n Chips: so juicy, well seasoned, crispy shell (probably from batter. The wedges that came with it were the best texture/size (crispy outside, slightly damp Innards . Caesar salad: great dressing, cheese, quality ingredients; Croutons seasoned. Tart-Limonade, good for a hot day. Atmosphere: Chill w high quality food. Something self-service (water, they give you a tray w all ready to eat food, but otherwise most food is delivered to you on terrace. Unfortunately little to no shade on the terrace or rather, the tables w screens are first recorded. Even pleasant coz next to the water. Not much of a look, but it is fun to look at the seagulls and boats in the port. Would come back.
Eight of us went to Fish for lunch. A bit expensive, but a large outdoor area and the view of the port is excellent. Food was good, my fish and chips met the place and my wife liked the Salmon Reuben. Others, though their dishes were good. A nice stop and a relaxed lunch.
This was recommended to us by a friend and we were so glad we followed the recommendation. My son had oak-grilled rainbow trout on linguine. This fish was tender and the skin crisp. I had linguine and clams. This was the first time I can remember thedish being served with the clams still in the shells. The linguine was freshly made. It was also served with a big slice ofbread to soak up the broth, which was not big enough. We ended up asking for more so that we could soak up more of thatdelicious goodness. The views from the deck overlooking the bay and marina were spectacular.
Great casual seafood restaurant with lots of outdoor seating right on the water. The dungeness crab roll is my favorite. It's pricey but worth it. A generous amount of hot lump crab with butter and chives on the softest roll ever. I'm glad I opted forsalad instead of fries because it was so good with house made garlic croutons, spring greens, radish slices, golden beets, andeven bits of fingerling potatoes tossed in a lemon vinaigrette.
